In the event something is wrong with the item you purchased, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion as long as you return the item(s) to us within 30 days with proof of purchase. Unopened item(s) that are in a resalable condition may be returned for a refund if returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. A 15% restocking/processing charge may apply. This 15% restocking charge also applies to orders that have been funded, and then canceled. Shipping charges are not refundable. Sorry, no returns on special orders, parts, electrical appliances, and blades. We do offer a 30 day courtesy exchange on electrical appliances and clipper/trimmer blades if you got the incorrect item.
